I've been using Bizness Apps for quite a while now. Honestly, there haven't been any upgrades, and the support is nearly non-existent. I really can't suggest them. Ever since the takeover, it feels like a shadow of its former self. They've hiked up their hosting fees and provided zero service in exchange.

This is a fantastic site for creating apps and marketing them to companies. The communication could use some improvement, but I genuinely believe it's the top app platform out there. I lent my debit card to a buddy to help him out with his BiznessApps bill, and they ended up charging me $300 twice without my okay.

When I tried to find a customer service number, I was shocked to see there isn’t one.

The only rep in the support ticket area on the BiznessApps website keeps shutting down my requests.

I heard this company got bought out recently, but I’ve helped my friend before without any issues. He always stays on top of his payments.

This is definitely the kind of situation that would make someone want to take it to Judge Judy or even a court.

Even though BA has been assuring resellers that their code would be 64Bit by the widely publicized deadline of August 1, 2019, it hasn’t happened yet. This situation means that until they sort it out, Google won’t allow any BA app to be published on their platform. You might wanna check out other options for now, at least until they get their act together, or else your app is basically gonna be useless...

What a total rip-off! Their customer support is basically nonexistent. I attempted to create an app on their platform, but they left me hanging when it came to getting it on the iOS store. I shot off a bunch of emails, but not a single response came my way. When I decided to cancel within the first month, guess what happened? Their 'Account' and 'Subscription' pages wouldn’t even load, so I was stuck unable to cancel online. I sent more emails to get that cancellation sorted, but still no reply. Then, I got hit with a charge for my second month. Now, I'm in the process of filing a chargeback with my credit card company. These folks are running a straight-up scam! I'm also planning to lodge a complaint with the local authorities soon!

With the new management in charge, prices have shot up while the value has dropped. They didn’t respect applications submitted ages ago, so the hike affected all of them. Trying to renegotiate prices with over 200 clients is a real hassle. My team has opted to create our own version, incorporating some of the most popular features in BA, and we’re set to launch it in March 2019.

SO FRUSTRATING. THEY JUST CAN'T SEEM TO FIX OR EVEN FIGURE OUT THEIR PROBLEMS. THEY KEEP STRINGING YOU ALONG FOR MONTHS. After all this time, still no response despite endless back and forth. I shared the Crash Report details, even did a screen share to demonstrate the crash after they claimed it was resolved, but they keep saying they're 'working on it' for months, and the app continues to crash. BizApps really needs to face the fact that they can't debug (or even identify) their own problems. Just give me a heads up so I can inform my client!

Seriously, don’t just walk—get outta here and RUN from this company. Go ahead, try to reach out to them. I dare you! You’ll get absolutely no response. Thinking about canceling? Good luck with that! There’s no way to cancel your account unless you manage to get in touch with them, and guess what? They won’t reply. My advice? DON’T EVEN BOTHER... just keep moving along. There are plenty of legit offers out there that actually want to help you, not hinder you.

I’m planning to initiate a chargeback if they attempt to hit my card again. Oh, and by the way, you can’t even update your payment info. It just doesn’t work.

All those glowing reviews you see? They’re from when the business was run by folks who actually cared. The new crew? They couldn’t manage a simple task if their lives depended on it.

So to sum it all up: RUN!!!!! Don’t just walk!!!!
